VALKYRIE EXTRAS SEEK COMPENSATION OVER INJURY CLAIMS

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 8:24 am

TOM CRUISE’s troubled film project VALKYRIE has been hit with another set-back - extras on the film are allegedly threatening to sue movie bosses over on-set injuries.
The film, which has been pushed back twice, has now been hit by a legal row, with 11 actors claiming they were thrown from a moving vehicle while filming a scene for the World War II movie.
The extras received minor injuries in the incident, with one being hospitalised due to serious injuries, according to Britain’s Daily Star newspaper.
The publication also claims the actors are seeking compensation from studio bosses, and threaten to sue if they refuse to pay out.
The film, which is due out in December (08), tells the true story of a plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler during World War II, and also stars Kenneth Branagh, Terence Stamp, and comedian Eddie Izzard.
