FRANKLIN CLOSE TO FINISHING AUTOBIOGRAPHY
Soul legend ARETHA FRANKLIN is busy documenting her long career in the spotlight for a new tell-all memoir.
The book will reveal all about the 66-year-old’s rise to fame as a gospel singer; her career slump in the late 1970s, and resurgence in the 1980s thanks, in part, to a cameo role in 1980 movie The Blues Brothers.
Franklin tells WENN, "I have an autobiography coming out. We hope to have the first draft done by next month."
