SPRINGSTEEN LEADS BIRTHDAY TRIBUTE TO ALAN VEGA
BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN, PRIMAL SCREAM and GRINDERMAN are among the eclectic acts who will pay tribute to SUICIDE star ALAN VEGA on a series of new limited-edition vinyl EPs.
The cover tracks will be released monthly - starting from 28 July (08) - to mark the punk icon’s 60th birthday.
Springsteen, a longtime fan, will perform Dream Blue Baby on the first EP.
Each release will feature an unreleased Suicide/Vega live track.
