CAMPBELL CANCELS BRAZILIAN SHOW AFTER SENTENCE

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 12:36 am

Supermodel NAOMI CAMPBELL was forced to pull out of a catwalk appearance at a Brazilian fashion show on Saturday (21Jun08), less than 24 hours after she was convicted for assaulting British police officers.
The 38-year-old beauty had to cancel plans to model the summer 2009 swimsuit collection by Rosa Cha at the Sao Paulo Fashion Show, because she couldn’t reschedule her travel itinerary in time to make the show.
Campbell was sentenced to 200 hours of community service and fined $4,500 (£2,250) on Friday afternoon (20Jun08) during a hearing at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court in west London, following her April (08) arrest for assault and disorderly conduct in a dispute over her luggage.
But the supermodel was able to make a Milan, Italy engagement - and swaggered down the runway on Saturday showing off a series of skimpy outfits for designers Dolce & Gabbana.
