CRAIG KISS RAISES $38,000
Actors DANIEL CRAIG, HUGH GRANT and ROBBIE COLTRANE raised $38,000 (£19,000) by selling their kisses at auction - to JAMES BOND producer BARBARA BROCCOLI.
The Quantum of Solace producer paid the sum to lock lips with all three men at a fundraiser for The National Film and Television School in London on Tuesday night (17Jun08).
Craig and Grant bid against each other for a collection of Harry Potter memorabilia, which the James Bond star won for $36,000 (£18,000), reports MTV News.
Other items at the auction included a dinner jacket worn by Craig in Casino Royale, which sold for $19,000 (£9,500) and a signed proof of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone which went for $36,000 (£18,000).
British TV presenter and DJ Jonathan Ross hosted the event, which raised $800,000 (£400,000) for the school.
