BROLIN STUDIES BUSH TO PLAY THE PRESIDENT

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 11:25 pm

JOSH BROLIN researched his role as GEORGE W. BUSH by mimicking his walk and making prank calls to hotels in the President’s home state.
The actor was determined to nail every aspect of Bush’s voice and body language for the Oliver Stone-directed movie, W, which is currently filming in Louisiana, and he confesses his behaviour has become annoying his wife.
It’s also confusing Texan hoteliers.
Brolin explains, "I’m talking to myself all day long. Sometimes I’ll call hotels in Texas and talk to the people at the front desk just to listen to their accents. And I’ve been watching a lot of video of Bush walking.
"It changes over the years. People hold their emotions in their bodies. They can’t fake it. Especially him."
