TIMBERLAKE CAUGHT OUT BY TRAFFIC COP
Pop star JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE found himself on the wrong side of the law on Thursday (08May08), when he was booked for a parking violation in New York.
The SexyBack hitmaker arrived at the MTV studios in the city ahead of the network’s Fall 2008 Upfront Presentation - to inform artists about multi-platform opportunities on the music channel. But after leaving his black sports utility vehicle (SUV) outside the building, the star was handed a parking ticket by a warden upon his return to the car. However, the incident did little to dampen Timberlake’s spirits - footage posted on TMZ.com shows the singer laughing and joking as the official handed him the penalty.
