CHESNEY IN SHOCK AFTER FOOT INJURY
LATEST: Country star KENNY CHESNEY has little recollection of the concert he performed in South Carolina with a mangled foot on Saturday - because he was operating on shock and adrenalin.
He shattered tendons in his foot after a mechanics accident onstage - but insisted the show must go on - until the pain was too much.
And, as he resumed his tour on Thursday night (01May08) in Texas, Chesney confessed his accident left him with little memory.
He says, "I was literally in shock for two or three songs… I knew those people in the audience had been out there all day. Pure adrenaline is what got me through that show."
