BOLLYWOOD STAR KAPOOR HITS BACK AT ‘SKINNY’ CLAIMS
Bollywood star KAREENA KAPOOR has hit back at critics who have labelled her "too skinny" - insisting her size zero frame is the result of a healthy lifestyle.
The actress has come under fire from the country’s press who have accused her of being a bad role model for young girls by flaunting her petite figure comparing her to super-slender Victoria Beckham.
But Kapoor has denied she is attempting to fit into Western culture by slimming down and dismissed rumours of an eating disorder.
She says, "People are saying I want to be like Victoria Beckham. But honestly, I’m proud of my sculpted body. "It’s a look I needed for my new film. I do yoga religiously and I’m eating like any healthy girl, thank you."
