Superstar JENNIFER LOPEZ is devastated after discovering a beloved aunt is battling ovarian cancer for a second time.
Myrza Rodriguez - the 65-year-old sister of Lopez’ mother Guadalupe underwent six weeks of treatment in September, 2005 in Germany’s Leonardis Klinik in Bad Heilbrunn, the same facility where Farrah Fawcettt and Roy Horn have been treated.
The disease went into temporary remission, but Rodriguez learned her cancer had returned last year (07) and recent chemotherapy treatments have failed to slow its progress, according to new reports.
Rodriguez became so ill she was unable to attend the recent baptism of Lopez’s twins with husband Marc Anthony.
A source close to the Lopez family tells the National Enquirer, "Myrza has been too weak to return to Germany for treatment.
"Her losing medical battle has left Jennifer disappointed and sad. She had hoped Myrza would be strong enough to attend the baby’s christening, and was extremely upset when she couldn’t."

GREEN DAY are rush releasing their new album - as the FOXBORO HOT TUBS.
The punk trio confirmed they were masquerading as FHT in a recent interview, and they’re having so much fun trying to outwit fans with their new moniker, the band will release its new album under it’s alter-ego.
The album, titled Stop Drop & Roll, will feature six tracks the band posted on line - as Foxboro Hot Tubs in December (07).
Frontman Billie Joe Armstrong tells Rolling Stone magazine the new act allowed Green Day to record quickly.

AMY WINEHOUSE fought with a taxi driver outside her London home on Tuesday (22Apr08) - after trying to exit the cab without paying the fare.
The Rehab singer took a cab home from a night out in Camden, North London, but when she arrived at her house, she realised she had forgotten her cash, keys - and was locked out.
The 24-year-old left the driver waiting for his money while she attempted to break into her house through the garage.
After 20 minutes, the frustrated taxi driver approached the star to ask for his $80 (£40) fare.
But Winehouse allegedly lashed out at the man, hurling a string of obscenities at him and attempting to strike him in front of the gathered paparazzi.
She eventually gave the driver a $40 (£20) note and he left. Waiting photographers, having witnessed the entire scene, pooled together and covered the rest of the bill.

LATEST: MARIAH CAREY has sailed to the top of the U.S. album charts to claim her sixth number one.
Early estimates suggested Carey’s E=MC2 would debut at the top and topple British star Leona Lewis’ Spirit with 475,000 sales, but she fell just short with 463,000.
That was still enough to give the pop diva the highest debut of the year on the Billboard 200 - almost 100,000 more than Jack Johnson’s Sleep Through The Static.
Carey scored another U.S. chart feat earlier this month (Apr08) when she broke her chart-topper tie on the singles chart. Her Touch My Body number one was her 18th, giving her second place outright, behind only the Beatles, who have 20 top spots.
Carey was previously tied at 17 with Elvis Presley.
Meanwhile, Lewis’ Spirit slips to two with 95,000 units sold and pop sensation Miley Cyrus’ Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: The Best of Both Worlds Concert rockets back up the charts from 31 to three, thanks to a sales relaunch.
Country group Lady Antebellum debuts at four with its selftitled album and the NOW 27 compilation rounds out the top five.

THE HILLS star JASON WAHLER is hobbling around on crutches after breaking his ankle.
The reality TV hunk was moving house when he fell and injured himself.
A spokesman reveals, "(He) was unloading boxes at his new house, fell backwards and snapped his ankle." Last November (07) Wahler completed an 18-day stint in jail after pleading guilty to assault and underage drinking charges after a brawl at a Seattle, Washington hotel.

Moviemaker ANG LEE is heading back to Woodstock for a new biopic about the man behind the famous 1969 festival.
Greenwich Village-based interior designer Elliot Tiber was the head of the Bethel, New York, Chamber of Commerce who issued the permit for festival on his neighbour Max Yasgur’s farm.
Tiber revealed all about his part in the Woodstock phenomenon in his biography Taking Woodstock: A True Story of a Riot, a Concert, and a Life, and now Brokeback Mountain director Lee is to turn his memoirs into a new film, titled Taking Woodstock.

Actor PATRICK DEMPSEY discovered fame has its benefits after escaping a speeding ticket in Hollywood when a traffic cop recognised him as the star of GREY’S ANATOMY.
The hunky star was racing to get to an interview on time when a cop pulled him over.
But he discovered that driving a Porsche GT3RS and starring in a top TV show can get you out of a lot of trouble.
He recalls, "The cop was really cool. He said, ‘At least you’re driving the Porsche properly’.
"He said ‘Oh, I know you!’ and I got out of it."

Professional dancer CHERYL BURKE has had second thoughts about denying a romance with 300 hunk GERARD BUTLER, revealing they may become an item in the future.
Burke recently ruled out romance between her and the Scottish star, insisting they were just good neighbours who lived in the same Los Angeles apartment block.
But now Burke, who recently split from actor Joey Lawrence’s brother Matthew, admits she and Butler were set up on a blind date by her Dancing With The Stars partner Christian de la Fuente.

ENTOURAGE star JEREMY PIVEN has signed on to make his Broadway bow in a 2008 production of DAVID MAMET play SPEED-THE-PLOW.
The actor will play one of a pair of warring movie producers in the show, which will debut in New York in November (08).
The play, which is currently receiving rave reviews in London - where Kevin Spacey and Jeff Goldblum play the leads, last hit Broadway in 1988, when it was nominated for a Tony Award, with Madonna playing the female lead Keren.
Other than Piven, no other casting announcements have been made for the show, but Jessica Alba is hotly tipped to take on the Keren role.

Actress CYNTHIA NIXON is making plans to `marry’ her partner CHRISTINE MARINONI after beating breast cancer.
The Sex and the City star, 42, underwent surgery and six-and-a-half weeks of daily radiation treatment after she was diagnosed with the disease in 2006 and the experience has prompted lesbian Nixon’s desire to cement her union to Marinoni with an official declaration of the couple’s commitment to one another.
A source tells the National Enquirer, "Cynthia and Chris want a quiet autumn ceremony in Vermont under the red leaves.
"It’s supposed to be a very low-key gathering, just for close friends and family." Nixon met Marinoni in 2004, just seven months after ending her 15-year relationship with former lover Danny Mozes, the father of the actress’ two children.

Comedian CHRIS TUCKER is facing a legal battle with a woman who claims he is the "deadbeat father’ of her two-year-old daughter.
Gail Webb is demanding child support payments from the 35-year-old comedian, claiming the pair dated for years before he disappeared as soon as they discovered she was pregnant with little Krista Jane.
She says, "I just want help with Krista and want her to know her father.
"If Chris Tucker wants to go to court, I welcome the opportunity to show the world what a big liar - and deadbeat father - he really is." But the Rush Hour star maintains he has never even met his accuser.
His representative tells the National Enquirer, "Chris has never met or had a child with Gail Webb. And he has never seen the court papers."

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E STREET BAND paid a touching tribute to late keyboard player DANNY FEDERICI in Tampa, Florida on Tuesday night (22Apr08) by shining a light on the pianist’s vacant stool.
The band resumed its tour after scrapping two Florida dates following the death of Federici last week (17Apr08), and opened the Tampa show with the keyboard player’s favourite tune, Backstreets.
As the band performed, a lone spotlight shone on Federici’s keyboards.
Prior to the song, Springsteen and his bandmates took the stage in the dark as a video montage of Federici played on a giant screen above them - with the soundtrack of E Street Band anthem Blood Brothers.
And there was a further tribute when Springsteen joked about getting another Federici favourite, Sandy right later on in the set.
The rocker told fans, "We better get this right. Somebody’s watching." Federici, 58, died after a long battle with cancer, which forced him to quit the E Street Band in November. He briefly rejoined the band in Indiana on 20 March (08) when he performed eight songs with his former bandmates.

AMERICAN IDOL judge RANDY JACKSON can add a new hit to his long list of successes - his own line of eyewear for large-headed men is flying off store shelves.
Jackson, known for his trademark frames on the show, was inspired to develop the line after struggling to find a good pair of spectacles that fit.
And now his line is so popular retailers are inundated with demand.
One retail spokesperson tells OK! magazine, "The line launched two months ago, and they’ve been totally overwhelmed with requests.
"It’s hard for men with large heads to get eyeglasses to fit right, so the Randy Jackson line really filled a void.
"They are so in demand that the only prescription frames harder to get right now are Chanel."

THE ROLLING STONES star KEITH RICHARDS is confused by his status as a "fashion icon" - because his bandmate CHARLIE WATTS is the most stylish member of the group.
The legendary guitarist recently signed up to front a major advertising campaign for French fashion house Louis Vuitton - but Richards can’t understand why he was chosen to represent such a famous high-end designer, because he never puts any effort into his own wardrobe selection.
And he admits drummer Watts would have been a much more obvious choice.
He says, "Charlie Watts is the most stylish member. He spends his time on the beauty and the cut of the clothing.
"There he is on Savile Row (London street famed for its tailors), and I’m the fashion icon? Fashion thinks more about me than I think about it."

SIR ELTON JOHN helped turn hit movie BILLY ELLIOT into a stage show, because its storyline is so similar to his own life.
The musical hits New York’s Broadway in September (08) after a successful stint on London’s West End.
John wrote music to accompany author Lee Hall’s story about a young boy who falls in love with ballet, inspite of a disapproving father, in a working class English town.
He claims his childhood mirrored that of the fictional Billy Elliot - except he didn’t get to enjoy the acceptance of his father.
He tells the New York Daily News, "At the end of the film, Billy’s father sees (his son) dance at Covent Garden. My father really never got to do that when I became successful later on in my career. So I kind of missed that.
"I was always trying to please my father, but he really never got what I wanted to be and disapproved of it completely. He was a product of the war and wanted me to have a safe job in a bank or an accountancy firm. And that wasn’t for me."

Socialite PARIS HILTON is having an "amazing time" dating GOOD CHARLOTTE rocker BENJI MADDEN, but insists the couple won’t be marrying anytime soon.
Hilton’s on/off best friend Nicole Richie is reportedly set to wed Madden’s twin brother Joel this summer (08), after the birth of their daughter Harlow in January (08).
And since the hotel heiress has been romantically involved with Benji, the couple has been dogged by rumours they are to follow suit and tie the knot.
But Hilton has dismissed the false rumours - claiming they are happy with their relationship just as it is.
She tells People.com, "No! We’re really happy right now. He’s definitely different than any guy I’ve ever been with. He makes me feel really happy, comfortable and really in love.
"We totally trust each other and we’re in love and we have an amazing time together." The two recently passed their two-month anniversary and Hilton was happy to keep the celebrations low-key.
She adds, "I made dinner and we watched movies. It’s great."
