LENNON ‘A SCHOOL FAILURE’
Late BEATLE star JOHN LENNON failed to impress his former school teachers because he liked to act as the school’s "clown".
Lennon’s teachers couldn’t recognise his talents that rocketed him to worldwide fame - but predicted he would be a failure.
In a school report from Quarry Bank School in Liverpool, England, one teacher wrote: "Certainly on the road to failure, hopeless, rather a clown of the class and wastes other pupils’ time." Lennon was shot dead in New York in 1980.
