KAISER CHIEFS FANS WILL SNUB GIGS

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 3:47 pm

KAISER CHIEFS fans could be forced to boycott the band’s Scotland gigs because it is too far for them to travel.
The rockers will play three nights in the remote Scottish village of Strathpeffer in May (08), but their fans fear no one will go because it is too far from their Leeds, England, hometown.
One fan writes on the band’s official website: "I won’t be going. I have never heard of this place. It would have been nice if the gigs were closer to Leeds - and not in Scotland." The couple - who announced their engagement in November (07) - are both living in Goodrem’s native country.
But McFadden admits he wants to be known for his singing ability over his relationship.
He says, "It can be a little frustrating at times.
"I did something last night where they introduced me as Delta Goodrem’s boyfriend Brian McFadden. It would be nice to have the tag: Brian McFadden, musician and singer. And Delta Goodrem’s partner." (LJ/WNWC/TN) WENN - SECOND - HOLLYWOOD, SHOWBIZ & PEOPLE NEWS - 19 April 2008
