PITCHBLACK GUITARIST QUITS
Danish rockers PITCHBLACK have parted ways with their guitarist TROLD.
The musician has decided to leave the band to spend time with his family and Pitchblack have already started auditioning for his replacement, reports Blabbermouth.net.
In a statement, the remaining members of the band say, "He wanted to spend more time with his child and girlfriend. Pitchblack fully respect that and has already begun sessions with a new guitarist. We want to make it clear that we continue with 666 miles per hour!!!" And Trold insists the split was amicable: "Unfortunately, I don’t like playing anymore live and I want to spend more time with my family. That is why I leave (sic) Pitchblack. It has been a hard decision and something I have thought about for quite a while. It’s a ‘happy divorce’ and I wish all the best for my friends in Pitchblack."
