STAMOS REJECTS E.R. SPIN-OFF
E.R. star JOHN STAMOS has turned down the chance to launch his own spin-off medical drama from the hit TV show.
TV bosses wanted to create a new series centred around his character, Dr.
Tony Gates.
But sources claim Stamos wants to keep himself free for movie offers and has rejected the idea.
An insider tells the New York Post, "He’s not interested in being locked into a contract right now. He’s got other options open."
