SNOOP DOGG HIT WITH COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT LAWSUIT
Rapper SNOOP DOGG is facing legal action from a little-known U.S. songwriter, who has accused the star of copyright infringement for his latest single SENSUAL SEDUCTION.
Millennium Child, real name James D. Jenkins, claims the Beautiful hitmaker real name Calvin Broadus - stole his "music strings" for the single from an audio tape he gave to the manager of rapper/actor Ice Cube in 2006.
The bizarre lawsuit, which was handwritten by Jenkins and filed in Colorado District Court this week (begs07Apr08), states: "I had hand (sic) Ice Cube manager (sic)1 tape… From there I don’t know how Calvin Broadus got a hold of it. The tape." But Jenkins is not seeking any damages in return - he’s simply asking for the "documents related to the case", reports TMZ.com.
