ROW ERUPTS AT McELWAINE’S FUNERAL
The wake of studio chief and Hollywood agent GUY McELWAINE was rudely disrupted on Saturday (05Apr08), when an argument broke out between CHRISTINE PETERS and ALANA STEWART.
The pair engaged in a bitter war of words at the memorial, after Christine the wife of film producer Jon Peters - approached rocker Rod Stewart’s ex-wife Alana to confront her about her son Sean Stewart, who is accused of stealing the Peters’ car last month (Mar08).
And their argument became so heated, they had to be separated by fellow mourner Courtney Wagner, the daughter of actor Robert Wagner, according to the New York Post’s gossip column PageSix.
McElwaine died of pancreatic cancer on 2 April (08).
Jon Peters is pressing charges against Sean - Alana’s son with Rod Stewart for stealing his Cadillac Escalade on or around 7 March (08) in an effort to get his ex-girlfriend Caleigh, Peter’s daughter, to speak to him. However, Stewart’s lawyer has denied the claims.
