JAMES BOND star DANIEL CRAIG hates maintaining his toned physique for the role of the legendary superspy - and often goes on food and drink binges to relieve the boredom of dieting.
The actor admits that he hates diets and exercise and only agrees to keep fit as it is necessary for the part.
But Craig insists on having a night off every three months, so he can indulge all of his cravings.
He says, "I mean, no one enjoys the gym, but it is part of my job these days to keep in shape.
"I eat all the stuff I shouldn’t, drink lots of booze and finish it off with a few cigars."
