English soccer ace DAVID BECKHAM was terrified by his mum’s reaction to his underwear modelling campaign for fashion house EMPORIO ARMANI.
The 32-year-old star appeared in raunchy black and white promo shots for the label in December last year (07), which saw Beckham posing in briefs with his legs apart.
And Beckham admitted to U.S. TV talk show host Jay Leno on The Tonight Show on Tuesday (01Apr08), his mother wasn’t too pleased with the provocative photographs.
He told Leno, "When the photos came out, she was the first one to call me and say, ‘What are you doing?’ I had to try and explain it to her and it didn’t go down that well."
