Pregnant actress ANGELINA JOLIE has developed a form of diabetes which affects mums-to-be, according to U.S. reports.
The Tomb Raider star is reportedly suffering from such painful swelling in her legs and feet that she has to wear shoes half a size bigger than usual.
U.S. magazine Star claims the 32-year-old is finding her second pregnancy "difficult".
A source tells the publication, "Angie has gestational diabetes. She found out about a month ago and has been trying to keep it under wraps.
"She’s sick and irritable and feels heavy and weak. She’s been seeing a nutritionist about it." Gestational diabetes develops in a small proportion of pregnant women and results in high blood-sugar levels. It is usually treated with diet and exercise and is reversible but sufferers run the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes as a consequence.
Jolie - who is expecting her second biological child with partner Brad Pitt already has a daughter, Shiloh, and three adopted kids, Maddox, Pax Thien and Zahara.

KYLIE MINOGUE will not announce her engagement to on/off lover Olivier Martinez during a live concert, according to the event’s organisers.
Media outlets in the Czech Republic have been speculating the Spinning Around hitmaker will announce the news at a concert in Prague on 12 May (08) - because she asked for an "unusually high" number of tickets for family and friends.
However, concert organiser Jarda Hainzel insists she has been misquoted.
She says, "When contacted by local media regarding the Kylie concert in Prague, I commented that the number of requests for tickets for this show was more than normal, which I take as an indication of Kylie’s popularity in Czech Republic.
"At no stage did I speculate on Kylie’s personal relationships or on any announcement she may or may not make on the night.
"We do believe this will be a special show, as it is Kylie’s first concert in our country, and I am very much looking forward to meeting her, however we have no reason to believe there is to be any special announcement during the concert."

Pop superstar MADONNA wants the media to stop targetting troubled singer BRITNEY SPEARS - because her daughter LOURDES feels sorry for her.
The Holiday hitmaker - who famously kissed Spears during a performance at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards - admits her 11-year-old daughter has been distressed by her public downfall.
She says, "(The media) need to step off. For real… Let’s go save her.
"(Lourdes) knows Britney, but she doesn’t really watch TV or read gossip stuff. I think she sort of gets the drift of what’s going on, and I think she feels very protective of Britney." Earlier this year (08), Spears lost the right to visit her sons Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, last month (Jan08) after a breakdown at her Beverly Hills home. She has also spent time in a rehabilitation centre and has been plagued by driving offences.

A Hollywood auction featuring MICHAEL KEATON’s BATMAN costume and dinosaurs from the JURASSIC PARK franchise has proved a huge success - raising a staggering $4.1 million (£2.05 million).
The 31st Profiles In History auction’s top seller was a rare King Kong six-foot film poster, one of only three known to exist, which sold for $345,000 (£172,500) - over $100,000 (£50,000) more than the reserve price.
Other hits at the event included the Batman costume worn by Keaton in Batman Returns, which was snapped up by a superhero fan for $103,500 (£51,750), with Charles Middleton’s Ming The Merciless cape from 1936 movie classic Flash Gordon selling for $115,000 (£57,500).
And movie monsters were another hit of the day, with one collector paying $126,500 (£63,250) for a leaping Alien Warrior figure from Aliens, and a Velociraptor from The Lost World: Jurassic Park II was sold under the hammer for $115,000 (£57,500). The auction took place on 27 and 28 March (08) in Los Angeles.

Ailing PATRICK SWAYZE has taken to the skies in a bid to fly away his cancer woes.
The Dirty Dancing star went public with his pancreatic cancer diagnosis earlier this month (Mar08), and is currently undergoing treatment.
And he’s finding time to get away from his health crisis by taking off for long flights around California and Nevada with his wife Lisa Niemi, according to OK! magazine.
As well as flying from their home to Stanford University Medical Center, where Swayze is being treated, the licensed pilot is also enjoying pleasure flights.
A source tells the publication that the actor and his wife recently spent 11 hours in their 11-seat Beechcraft Super King Air 200, flying to various sites around California and Nevada.
The source says, "Being able to do what they love most, and do it together, is helping them to remain as optimistic as possible."

QUINCY star JACK KLUGMAN is suing TV executives at NBC in America, claiming they owe him royalties from his beloved medical drama.
The actor insists he’s still owed profits from the hit show 25 years after it last aired - insisting the studio is lying about the show’s worldwide profits.
Klugman claims he is entitled to 25 per cent of all "net profits" from the show, and that NBC bosses haven’t been paying him.
In the legal documents, Klugman claims he tried to get NBC to turn over all its papers regarding the show, but was turned away with a letter that said they were "unable to comply with your request." The 85-year-old also states his own copy of the contract was lost when his agent died, prompting him to demand the copy from NBC.
The lawsuit aims to force NBC bosses to produce the contract and provide the cash he claims he’s owed, plus legal fees. Klugman says, "I recently heard that they made $250 million and it’s still on TV in Germany. I don’t want their money. I want my money. "I worked my tail off. I got up at four in the morning and stayed at the studio. I did rewrite, I edited."

A man has been cleared of harassing actress SAMANTHA MORTON - but ordered to stay away from the star.
Noel Watts, 42, was said to have imagined a "fantasy relationship" with the Minority Report star, after becoming infatuated with her when he began dating one of her friends in the 1990s.
During the trial, Morton told the City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court how Watts bombarded her agent with "angry" letters, calls and texts declaring his love for her.
Watts escaped the harassment charge, because Morton only ever received one text message. However, he was given a restraining order to stop him from contacting her.
But Watts was convicted of harassing Morton’s agent Nicola Van Gelden after "frightening" her with texts and phone calls meant for the star.
He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison for this offence, but will not serve as he has already spent 62 days on remand.

Actor MIKE MYERS has sparked controversy in Hindu communities for "lampooning" the religion in his new movie THE LOVE GURU.
The 44-year-old plays Guru Pitka in the upcoming film and repeats the mantra of Mariska Hargitay - inspired by the American actress - as his calming technique.
But Hindu leader Rajan Zed has accused Myers of stereotyping the culture, adding the movie "appears to be lampooning Hinduism and Hindus".
Studio Paramount Pictures has agreed to a preview of the movie for Hindu leaders prior to its release.
A spokesman says, "Love Guru, which is not yet complete, is a satire created in the same spirit as Austin Powers. It is our full intention to screen the film for Rajan Zed and other Hindu leaders once it is ready."

Former WESTLIFE star BRIAN McFADDEN regrets acting like a diva at the start of his solo career - realising his behaviour was "arrogant".
The Irish singer left the boyband in 2004 to pursue a solo career, and was delighted when his first single Real To Me topped charts around the world.
But McFadden admits he allowed success to "go to (his) head" and take advantage of the things he missed out on while he was in the band.
He says, "I was very arrogant.
"I had to have first-class flights for me and my team that I didn’t need, but I wanted to take advantage for the things they’d done in the past.
"I even had a hairdresser on a retainer of £100,000 a year. It was ridiculous."

Rapper REMY MA will marry long-term partner PAPOOSE in prison next month (08).
The hip-hop star - real name Remy Smith - faces 25 years in jail after she was found guilty of shooting of a woman outside a New York nightclub last year (07).
But rapper Papoose - real name Shamele Mackie - is determined to proceed with the nuptials.
In a statement released to website AllHipHop.com, Mackie says, "We always wanted to keep out personal lives personal so that’s why we never went public with our relationship [until] right now.
"I just feel like she gotta live through me. Yes, we were scheduled to be married on a yacht 27 April (08), but due to circumstances beyond our control we are now making arrangements to be married in prison."

Pop star RICKY MARTIN has travelled to Cambodia to help in the fight against child trafficking.
The Latin singer arrived in the country on Wednesday (26Mar08) and has already visited various projects run by non-governmental organisations fighting child trafficking and sexual exploitation.
Angel Saltos, executive director of the Ricky Martin Foundation, says, "This is a fact-finding mission for us. He wanted to see for himself." Martin learned of Cambodia’s child trafficking problems in February (08) during a three-day United Nations conference in Vienna. He joined actress Emma Thompson and Egyptian first lady Suzanne Mubarak in calling for action.

Former FRIENDS star COURTENEY COX has confirmed she’s planning to become a mum again after going public with her baby plans.
The 43-year-old actress endured a series of failed pregnancies before she gave birth to daughter Coco in 2004, and she insists her family isn’t quite complete yet.
During a recent appearance on pal Ellen DeGeneres’ daily talk show, Cox revealed, "I do wanna have another one (child)… I don’t know how to achieve that at my age but I would like to have one more." Her husband, David Arquette, recently revealed the couple was considering adoption.

BRITNEY SPEARS missed out on a huge 2007 summer hit when her representatives turned down global smash UMBRELLA, which became a chart-topper for RIHANNA.
Singer/songwriter Taio Cruz has revealed that Spears and Mary J. Blige were both offered the song - but turned it down.
Blige still insists the song wasn’t right for her, but Cruz was surprised when Spears’ handlers chose not to record the song.
He says, "They sent it back saying it didn’t work for her." Cruz tells Britain’s Daily Telegraph newspaper he had no doubts the song would be an instant hit.
He explains, "The audience can be distracted quite easily, so you want something they can sing along with immediately.
"(It’s) so simple, it’s like a playground chant. If you look at the most successful songs, they are choruses of four of five words, three notes, repeated. It’s not rocket science."

BRITNEY SPEARS’ little sister has confirmed she’s engaged to wed the father of her unborn baby - without saying a word.
Actress Jamie Lynn Spears wore a brown T-shirt proclaiming, `The Rumors Are True’ during a very public shopping trip in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Thursday (27Mar08).
The 16 year old is said to have shown off her new engagement ring to friends earlier in the week after boyfriend Casey Aldridge proposed to her.
The pregnant teen and a friend were spotted in Baton Rouge at a Babies `R’ Us store, where they reportedly spent almost two hours gathering gift items for an upcoming baby shower.
Shoppers who caught sight of the TV star claim it was clear Spears is expecting a son, because the items she was selecting were mostly blue - the traditional colour for baby boys.
