MICHELLE WILLIAMS’ father has cast doubt on the handling of HEATH LEDGER’s estate by the late star’s dad KIM, and has called for the family to publicly state the true value of the actor’s personal fortune.
The Brokeback Mountain actor left all of his assets to parents Kim and Sally and older sister Kate, having filed his will in Australia in April 2003 - two years prior to birth of his daughter, Matilda, with then-girlfriend, actress Williams.
Kim has since assured that both Williams and two-year-old Matilda will be financially "taken care of", but Larry Williams wants to know exactly how much Heath was worth at the time of his death so that his girls are not cheated out of any money.
A series of documents filed in Manhattan, New York’s Surrogate’s Court earlier this month (Mar08) shows Ledger had less than $145,000 (£72,500)-worth of assets in New York at the time, including a $25,000 (£12,500) Toyota Prius and $20,000 (£10,000) in furniture.
But Larry is sure Heath had other riches, which the family have yet to declare.
Speaking to Australia’s The Sunday Telegraph, Larry says, "It’s real simple: just come clean with everything
. It’s so easy to resolve this.
"He just has to say where the income went and where the assets are
. I’m certain that there is grieving in the Ledger family but (lawyers for) Kim have already filed papers in New York, so it seems like it’s time to be transparent about it
. I have no idea what Heath Ledger was worth (but) they certainly haven’t stated all of the assets to the court.'’ The Ledger family has yet to respond to Larry’s calls and actress Williams has also remained tight-lipped about her ex-fiance’s will.
Larry’s demand comes just days after Heath’s uncles expressed fears about Kim’s ability to manage Heath’s estate adequately, citing his bad track record of financial management.

Hollywood star DENNIS QUAID has banned his son with MEG RYAN from acting until he’s 18.
Quaid wants 16-year-old Jack to study first, so he is properly prepared for the movie world.

Pop star LILY ALLEN has moved in with her new music producer boyfriend ROBERTSON FURZE, according to reports.
The couple was spotted holding hands and laughing while out and about in London earlier this month (Mar08), and now Allen has reportedly moved into Furze’s apartment after only a few weeks of dating.
It has been a tough start to 2008 for the LDN star - she split from Chemical Brothers’ star Ed Simons in January (08) after suffering a miscarriage.
A source close to the 22-year-old singer tells British magazine New!, "Lily moved in with a few weeks ago. She has known Robbie (Furze) for years and he was there when things went wrong with Ed.

LATEST: MARILYN MANSON has won a court bid to keep details of his financial affairs private as part of his ongoing legal battle with former bandmate MADONNA WAYNE GACY.
Gacy sued the Shock Rocker for breach of contract last August (07), claiming Manson - real name Brian Warner - poured the group’s money into financing his drug habit, his wedding to burlesque model Dita Von Teese and decorating work at his Chatsworth, California home.
Manson then countersued in December (07), accusing Gacy - real name Stephen Bier - of failing to properly carry out touring, recording and merchandising duties.
Manson’s team appealed to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael L. Stern to grant a confidentiality order to protect his financial records, arguing the privacy motion was needed because Gacy’s allegations directly relate to the star’s monetary value.
At a court hearing on Friday (21Mar08), Stern granted the order despite protests from Gacy’s camp.
And keyboardist Gacy is still fuming over the financial protection, which only allows his attorneys access to Manson’s personal accounts.
His lawyer Keith A. Fink says, "He’s trying to hide his skeletons from you all." A hearing is scheduled for 10 April (08), where Gacy’s people are expected to push forward with a petition to depose Manson.

Spanish screenwriter RAFAEL AZCONA has died at the age of 81.
Azcona lost his fight against lung cancer on Monday (24Mar08) after battling the disease for many years, according to local reports.
The late star is widely credited for his role in reviving Spanish cinema after the country’s civil war, which ended in 1939.
He worked with the biggest Spanish filmmakers of his time and enjoyed a career spanning more than 50 years.
During that time, he wrote nearly 100 screenplays - including the Oscar-winning film Belle Epoque starring Penelope Cruz. The comedy/drama was awarded the Academy Award for Best Foreign Film in 1993 and scooped nine Goya awards.
Azcona is survived by his wife Susi.

Teen actress JAMIE LYNN SPEARS is reportedly set to marry her longtime boyfriend and unborn baby’s father CASEY ALDRIDGE.
The 16-year-old has been spotted showing off a diamond band to friends and family in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana, and to relatives in Mississippi.
A source close to the Spears family tells People.com, "She’s got an engagement ring. She’s been showing it off, talking about it." A representative for Spears was unavailable for comment as WENN went to press.

British rockers DOES IT OFFEND YOU YEAH?’s lead vocalist MORGAN QUAINTANCE has dismissed rumours he and drummer ROB BLOOMFIELD are "hired hands" - insisting the group is not fake.
A new report by U.K. music magazine NME alleges the band’s founding members James Rushent and Dan Coop only employed the pair as temporary musicians, but Quaintance has laughed off the claims, insisting the article was inaccurate.
However, he admits the publicity the drama has caused is still good news for the band.
He says, "The first rumour is that Rob and I are somehow not part of DIOYY, that we are sort of ‘hired hands’ if you know what I mean. This couldn’t be farther from the truth, both Rob and I are fully functioning members of DIOYY.
DIOYY is our band as much as it is James’ and Dan’s.
"Okay, the last thing we want to say is that we are not criticising anyone journalistically speaking. Freedom of the press is a concept I wholly embrace, and I’m just happy we’re getting written about.
"We (just) don’t want you thinking that there’s some sordid swindle going on and that the band onstage are some kind of fabrication. All we want to do is play music, throw down on stage, have a party."

LATEST: The surgeon who operated on Tejano singer EMILIO NAVAIRA following his band’s tour bus crash has warned fans to expect the worst.
The Grammy Award-winning star is in a critical condition following the accident in Houston, Texas, that police say took place at 5am on Sunday (23Mar08) morning.
The 45-year-old and his band Rio, who performed in Houston on Saturday (22Mar08) night, were travelling on interstate 610 when their bus collided with two other cars, nearly tipping over in the process.
Eight people, including driver Navaira, were taken to the Memorial Hermann Hospital following the incident.
And surgeon Alex Valadka, who performed an operation to remove a blood clot from his brain on Sunday, admits Navaira’s fate is now in God’s hands.
He says, "We’re not even going day by day at this point - we’re going hour by hour." Valadka adds that if Navaira does survive his head injuries, it will take him a "long time" to recover.

Rockers TOKIO HOTEL have been forced to scrap their upcoming European tour at the last minute - because lead singer BILL KAULITZ is undergoing surgery on his vocal chords.
The stars were due to play a series of shows in Italy, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and their native Germany as part of their 1000 Hotels tour this spring (08), but had to cancel the sold-out dates after 18-year-old Kaulitz was diagnosed with a cyst.
He is expected to have the operation later this week (begs24Mar08), but will require several weeks’ rest to recover from the vocal trauma.
The band’s producer and manager David Jost says, "Bill had been treated by a physician early last week for an inflammation of his vocal cords.
"A further examination revealed swelling on one of the vocal cords that was hindering recovery. The cyst has to be surgically removed this week. We very much hope fans understand that Bill’s health has to be foremost." A spokesman for Tokio Hotel’s booking agency Four Artists warns fans not to expect the dates to be rescheduled just yet.
Stefan Henkel says, "It is still too early to say whether make-up dates will be scheduled. If so, it will be this summer." Disgruntled fans have been offered full refunds for the cancelled gigs.

A real-life Persian prince is bidding to beat ORLANDO BLOOM and ZAC EFRON to the lead role in forthcoming Disney adventure movie PRINCE OF PERSIA: SANDS OF TIME.
Wannabe actor David K. Zandi has circulated an online poll, which he claims has attracted millions of votes, backing his attempt to land the lead part in the big-screen adaptation of the popular computer game.
He tells the New York Post, "Most people are fascinated that a real Persian with royal lineage could be hired to play this role." But Disney and director Jerry Bruckheimer insist Zandi - who claims to be one of the last male members of the Zand dynasty which ruled the Persian Empire from 1747 to 1779 - has no chance.
