PARTON PLAYS DOWN CRIPPLING BREASTS SPECULATION
Country legend DOLLY PARTON has dismissed reports her huge breasts are crippling her, insisting she’s used to carrying around her large chest.
The 9 To 5 singer, famous for her busty image, was forced to postpone her U.S. tour last month (Feb08) after doctors ordered her to rest for six to eight weeks to recover from a back injury, caused by her boobs.
Parton issued a statement at the time saying, "You try wagging these puppies (her breasts) around a while and see if you don’t have back problems." But the 62-year-old has denied speculation her breasts are endangering her life.
She tells website AOL Music, "Recently, I pulled my back and had to reschedule a lot of my shows, so a lot of the tabloids are saying that my boobs are killing me, and I’m gonna be crippled because of ‘em.
"People think I’m in misery with the way I look, and that’s not true. I’ve been wagging these things around for years."
