Drummer LORIN COLEMAN has quit rockers THE THERMALS.
Coleman had been playing drums with the Portland, Oregon band for the last two years but has now moved on after a "totally amicable" split.
The percussionist now plans to devote more time with his other band, Andy Combs And The Moth.
The Thermals frontman Hutch Harris writes on the band’s MySpace webpage: "Thank you Lorin! (Lorin is) a fantastic drummer and a good friend." Harris adds, "If you live in Portland and are just f**king amazing on the drums, feel free to drop us a line."
