KID ROCK PLEADS NOT GUILTY
KID ROCK has pleaded not guilty to a battery charge following a fight in a Waffle House last year (07).
The star and five members of his entourage were arrested for misdemeanour battery after a brawl in an Atlanta restaurant in October following a concert in the area.
Rock - whose real name is Robert James Ritchie - wasn’t at the DeKalb County State Court.
His lawyer Darryl Cohen waived an arraignment hearing and entered a not guilty plea on the 37-year-old’s behalf.
