CHARITY SLAMS HOUSTON’S CONCERT FEE

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 3:15 pm

LATEST: The British children’s charity which booked WHITNEY HOUSTON for an upcoming fundraiser has slammed reports it is paying her a multi-million dollar (pound) fee for the event.
Organisers of the Caudwell Children’s Legend Ball in Battersea, London announced earlier this week (28Feb08) they had hired Houston for their annual fundraiser in May (08), with media outlets reporting the charity had paid upwards of $3.4 million (£1.7 million) for the gig.
But a spokesperson for the organisation has blasted this figure, branding the claims "ludicrous".
