COSTELLO’S SCARY TATTOO ENCOUNTER
A pal of SUM 41 rocker DERYK WHIBLEY left ELVIS COSTELLO fearing he was the victim of a crazed stalker - after he showed him his tattoo of the music veteran.
Whibley’s friend was stunned when he noticed his idol was in the same elevator as him, and quickly lifted his sleeve to show the Oliver’s Army legend the Costello homage he’d had inked on his skin.
The rocker says, "A friend has Elvis Costello tattooed on him. He got in an elevator and Elvis Costello walked in and he didn’t know what to do.
"He was just like, ‘Arghh,’ and he just showed him the tattoo and Elvis was like, ‘Okaaaaay,’ and just started pressing every single button to get out."
