WRITERS STRIKE CLAIMS A FINAL VICTIM

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:51 am

KIEFER SUTHERLAND fans will have to wait until 2009 to see the next instalment of hit TV drama 24, thanks to the newly-ended Hollywood writers strike.
Eight episodes of the fast-paced show were filmed before the strike started on 5 November (07), but producers fear there’s not enough time to complete the remaining 16 segments of the new series, and so they’re working towards a new air date.
Sutherland’s anti-terrorist mastermind Jack Bauer will now return to the small screen next January (09).
