ANGELINA JOLIE’s actor ex-husband JONNY LEE MILLER is to marry for the second time - to actress MICHELE HICKS.
The couple will seal their union in a "very small ceremony" in London in the Spring (08).
The British star, 35, and Hicks, 34, are "looking forward to married life", a friend tells America’s Star magazine.
Pals Ewan McGregor and Jude Law are expected to attend the wedding, but Jolie - who was married to Miller from 1996 to 1999 - isn’t.

JESSICA ALBA plans to carry on acting after she gives birth to her first child later this year (08).
The actress is taking time out to prepare for the birth of her and fiance Cash Warren’s baby, but she will jump straight back in front of the camera as soon as she is out of labour - so she can set a good example to her offspring.
She says, "Of course. I think it’s important to still be your own person. I don’t know if it’s healthy if you lose yourself completely. I think kids appreciate it if you still move on with your individuality and you’re living the example that you want your kids to emulate."

Country star KEITH URBAN showed his generosity at a concert in New York on Wednesday (13Feb08) night, when he stunned a fan by giving her his guitar.
The singer, who was co-headlining a show with Carrie Underwood in Madison Square Garden, jumped into the crowd during the song You Look Good In My Shirt and picked out lucky devotee Marissa as the winner of his prized instrument.
She tells celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, "Keith came into the crowd and into my row… And then as I was taking pictures he whipped off his guitar, signed it and handed it to me! I almost died." And Urban took the opportunity to send his pregnant wife Nicole Kidman - who is currently resting in her native Australia - St. Valentine’s Day wishes, telling the crowd, "It’s Valentine’s Day here tomorrow but today it’s already Valentine’s Day in Australia."

LATEST: Latin stars SHAKIRA and JENNIFER LOPEZ are among the celebrities to voice their support for singer ALEJANDRO SANZ, after he cancelled his St.
Valentine’s Day concert in Venezuela when he discovered he was "unwelcome" in the country.
Sanz was originally slated to perform in Caracas in November (07) but that show was scrapped over comments he made against Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez.
He then rescheduled the show for Thursday (14Feb08) after fans begged him to reconsider, but that gig was cancelled last week (08Feb08) following his discovery.
And now Latinas like Shakira and Lopez have joined fellow entertainers like Ricky Martin and Penelope Cruz to sign an open letter protesting Venezuela’s stance towards Sanz.
The letter reads, "Because we believe in a Latin America where we should be free to express our opinions… we hope in our hearts that this problem is resolved."

American Pie actress SHANNON ELIZABETH has found love with a Californian math teacher.
The star was seen cuddling up to Las Palmas Middle School algebra tutor Brett Estrada at a basketball game in Los Angeles in January (08) - and Estrada is so smitten, he has already told his pupils.
Sergio Farias, 16, tells America’s Star magazine, "Mr Estrada is totally in love. You can see it in his face when he talks about her. They’re a really cute couple. Mr. Estrada is a cool guy. She’s lucky." Elzabeth is divorced from actor Joseph Reitman, who she married in 2002.

Actress MORGAN FAIRCHILD and KING OF THE HILL cartoon creator MIKE JUDGE are to be inducted into the Texas Film Hall of Fame.
The pair will join previously announced inductees Thomas Haden Church and Jayne Mansfield for the ceremony on 7 March (08).
The 1980 movie Urban Cowboy will also be honoured by the Austin Film Society.
The Texas Film Hall of Fame, in Austin Film Society’s Austin Studios, recognises the work of actors, directors, screenwriters, musicians, filmmakers and movies from or inspired by the southern state.

A former producer of MONTEL WILLIAMS’ talk show is suing U.S. TV network CBS amid allegations of unfair dismissal.
Erin Primmer has accused the network, which airs Montel, of firing her from her $110,000 (£55,000)-a-year job after she collapsed on set in March 2007 from a brain aneurysm.
She was given the all-clear from her doctor to return to work in April that year, but claims she was made aware by the executive producer that her contract would not be renewed because she was not capable of dealing with the stress of producing such a show.
According to legal documents obtained by website TMZ.com, Primmer alleges the executive told her "CBS needed someone capable of handling the pressure, and that the coming year was going to be worse." Primmer, who had been an employee of the network since August 2005, adds in the lawsuit that her sacking was "a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, New York State and New York City law".
A spokesperson for CBS has yet to comment on the allegations, which were filed in a New York court earlier this week (begs11Feb08).

Illusionist DAVID COPPERFIELD has filed his own lawsuit against two show promoters who are suing him for breach of contract, after he was forced to pull out of dates in south-east Asia last year (07).
Copperfield scrapped a December (07) tour to the Middle East and Asia in November (07), shortly after he learned the FBI were investigating him for allegations of sexual assault.
The magician insisted the ongoing criminal investigation was not linked to his decision to scrap the tour - blaming the promoters for failing to fulfil their contractual obligations.
But bosses at event companies Viva Art International Limited and MAZ Concerts Inc. sued him for the last-minute cancellations, and demanded the return of several million dollars in advance payments from Copperfield.
However, Copperfield has hit back with his own legal action, filing papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday (08Feb08).
In the documents, Copperfield claims the promoters owe him $4 million (£2 million) under an "artist’s guaranteed fee" - $2.8 million (£1.4 million) for the tour of south-east Asia, and the remainder for the dates in the Middle East, reports TMZ.com.

JANE FONDA turned the air blue on U.S. breakfast show TODAY on Thursday (14Feb08) when she uttered the explicit ‘c’ word.
The actress, 70, joined Eve Ensler on the show’s sofa to discuss the 10th anniversary of the playwright’s Vagina Monologues-inspired V-Day when she stunned viewers by saying c**t.
Asked how she got involved in V-Day and the play, where celebrities act out real-life domestic violence and rape scenarios, Fonda explained she wasn’t keen on the whole idea at first.
She said, "I live in Georgia; I was asked to do a monologue called C**t and I said, `I don’t think so, I’ve got enough problems.’" Fonda said she later saw the play and it "changed my life".
The expletive ran during the live broadcast on America’s East Coast. It was bleeped out for subsequent broadcasts.
Later in the show, interviewer/host Meredith Viera apologised to viewers, stating, "We were talking about The Vagina Monologues and Jane Fonda inadvertently said a word from the play that you don’t say on television.
"It was a slip and obviously she apologises, and so do we. We would do nothing to offend the audience. So please accept that apology." Since her first Vagina Monologues performance, Fonda has become a V-Day champion, travelling the world with Ensler and performing the Vagina Monologues in India, Palestine, Mexico and Jordan.

Chinese movie star BAI LING has been arrested for shoplifting, after she was caught in the act at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday (13Feb08) afternoon.
The Crow actress allegedly walked into a terminal gift shop at around 4.30pm and took two celebrity magazines and a pack of batteries, before casually leaving the store without paying for her goods - worth just $16 (£8).
But Ling was spotted by an eagle-eyed store employee and placed under citizen’s arrest.
Ling, who was reportedly "co-operative but crying", was taken to a nearby police station where she was booked for theft, according to TMZ.com.
And hours later, the 37-year-old posted a message about her trip on her website accompanied with photos of herself outside the Southwest terminal - but failed to mention her arrest at all.
Writing on her blog, she says, "Delayed the flight, wondring (sic) again in the airport like a ghost, why can’t I just be the sun smile? My heart is a little sad now, casted by the melody of life …"

Rockers THE FUTUREHEADS were disappointed when fellow British band RADIOHEAD released their album IN RAINBOWS in stores - because it went against their revolutionary Internet download concept.
Radiohead made history last year (07) when they released their seventh LP online as a pay-what-you-want download.
But months later, they distributed the album to be sold in stores for a set price - a move The Futureheads strongly disagreed with, reports Gigwise.com.
The band’s frontman Barry Hyde says, "They are in a league of their own. But what disappointed us was that they released it physically after. That was kind of hypocritical."

OASIS rocker LIAM GALLAGHER has married his singer fiancee NICOLE APPLETON in a St. Valentine’s Day (14Feb08) ceremony, according to internet gossips.
Just four months after the couple hoaxed the press with reports they would marry in secret abroad, gossip site Holy Moly is claiming the pair wed in London on Thursday morning.

A London flat the BEATLES called home is on the market for $3.5 million (£1.75 million).
The band’s late manager Brian Epstein rented the three bedroom Mayfair home in 1963 so the Fab Four could escape their obsessive fans.
Although they spent just months there, it remains the only place all four bandmembers have all lived at together.
It has been refurbished into a two-bedroom apartment by its owner, who is based in California, and is seeking at least $3.5 million from a sale at Sotheby’s auction house.
Estate agent Pat Bevan says, "The owner is aware of its history, but hasn’t turned it into a Beatles shrine or anything like that."

Troubled star BRITNEY SPEARS is desperate for California governor ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER’s help in her ongoing custody battle, according to reports.
The singer - whose lawyers from legal firm Trope & Trope last month (Jan08) filed a motion requesting permission to withdraw as her counsel - allegedly believes her inability to keep an attorney in her custody case with ex-husband Kevin Federline violates her "civil rights".
Spears’ estranged manager Sam Lutfi reportedly contacted Schwarzenegger’s former publicist to help put the 26-year-old in touch with the state commander.
A source tells the New York Daily News, "Britney says her civil rights have been violated and she wants to talk to Arnold about it.
"She wants the governor to look into why she can’t get an attorney. Sam was chewing on his dinner while he was saying all this into the phone.
"He wanted Schwarzenegger to call him, and he said he’d hand Britney the phone." Spears lost the right to visit her sons Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one, last month (Jan08) after a breakdown at her Beverly Hills home at the end of a scheduled visit, which resulted in a three-hour police stand-off.

BRITNEY SPEARS’ paparazzo boyfriend ADNAN GHALIB was questioned by Los Angeles police on Wednesday evening (13Feb08) after he was accused of beating up a fellow snapper.
The Brit is alleged to have been involved in a brawl in the parking lot of the Beverly Hills Hotel when he objected to another photographer taking pictures of him and his two female companions.
Ghalib left the scene but returned later on when he was alerted to the cops’ interest in speaking to him.
After a brief word with the authorities, the officers decided to drop the investigation and Ghalib was allowed to walk free without charge.
Spears was not present during the incident.

LATEST: Late BEATLE JOHN LENNON’s widow YOKO ONO has slammed "hurtful" reports claiming she is suing a singer/songwriter for naming her band LENNON.
Ono was reported to have filed court papers accusing rocker Lennon Murphy of fraudulently registering Lennon as a trademark and for the "tarnishment" and exploitation of her late husband’s name.
But the 74-year-old insists she has not taken legal action against Murphy she simply tried to stop her from getting the exclusive rights to use the name Lennon for performance purposes by notifying the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Ono says, "I am really hurt if people thought that I told a young artist to not use her own name in her performances and had sought to sue her. I did no such thing. I hope this allegation will be cleared." John Lennon was shot dead in New York City in December 1980.
