First-time filmmaker MADONNA turned to her director husband GUY RITCHIE for advice before she started shooting her new movie FILTH AND WISDOM.
The pop superstar, whose film about a Ukranian immigrant in London premiered at the Berlin Film Festival on Wednesday (13Feb08), asked her Snatch director spouse to sum up moviemaking in one sentence.
She reveals, ‘(Guy said) ‘Confidence.’ That’s the most important thing you need to exude on the set. No matter what you feel, exude confidence.
"And that was good advice."
