HILTON MOVIE PROVES A NOTTIE AT THE BOX OFFICE
PARIS HILTON’s latest attempt to break through as a movie star in THE HOTTIE & THE NOTTIE has proved a huge flop with U.S. cinemagoers.
The new film, in which Hilton plays a stunner with an ugly best friend, took just $27,696 (£13,848) in 111 cinemas across America last weekend (08-10Feb08).
The miniscule box office haul means an average of 31 people per movie theatre watched The Hottie & The Nottie over the three-day period.
Hilton’s last starring role was in 2005 horror film House Of Wax.
