WARD FLIES IN FOR LEDGER FUNERAL
HEATH LEDGER’s former girlfriend GEMMA WARD has arrived in Perth, Australia for the tragic actor’s funeral.
Ward will join members of Ledger’s family and his ex-fiancee Michelle Williams when the Brokeback Mountain star is laid to rest.
Williams and the two-year-old daughter she had with Ledger arrived in Perth on Wednesday (06Feb08), the same day that medical examiners in New York ruled the actor, 28, had accidentally died from a lethal cocktail of prescription drugs.
A private funeral for the actor is expected to take place in Perth, his hometown, on Friday (08Feb08).
