Pop pensioner RINGO STARR is a youthful 67, thanks to a rigorous workout regime and a beautiful wife.
Starr is preparing to go back on the road, in his seventh decade, to promote a new solo album.
And he claims Barbara Bach - his Bond girl wife of 26 years - deserves credit for him defying the aging process.
Starr tells talk show host Larry King, "I work out. I have a trainer. And I watch what I eat. That’s it really. And I’m in love with a beautiful girl, so it keeps me young."
