BEAN: ‘I’M NO TOUGH GUY’
Actor SEAN BEAN dislikes his reputation as a Hollywood hardman - because he is actually a "mild-mannered" person.
The Lord of the Rings star hates being typecast as a tough guy, insisting he is a sensitive actor who is interested in animals and poetry.
He says, "There’s a common misconception that I am a tough, rough northerner, but I’m pretty mild-mannered most of the time.
"It’s the parts you play, I guess. I’m not a tough guy. It would probably surprise people to know that I’m interested in wildlife. I read a lot of poetry too."
