LCD SOUNDSYSTEM TOP VILLAGE VOICE ALBUMS LIST
LCD SOUNDSYSTEM are celebrating after their SOUND OF SILVER CD was belatedly named the Best Album Of 2007 by prestigious U.S. publication Village Voice.
The dance band, fronted by James Murphy, beat out competition from Radiohead’s In Rainbows to top the critics’ list.
Rounding out the top five are Amy Winehouse’s Back To Black, Arcade Fire’s Neon Bible and Kanye West’s Graduation.
Meanwhile, Village Voice named Winehouse’s Rehab the Best Single Of 2007.
