ALLEY: ‘I WOULD BE DEAD WITHOUT SCIENTOLOGY’
Actress KIRSTIE ALLEY "would be dead" without Scientology, according to a video clip promoting the faith.
The star gives a testimonial for the religion in Orientation: A Scientology Information Film, alongside various other Scientologists and the movement’s founder, L Ron Hubbard.
Identified on screen only as an actress, Alley tells viewers in the footage posted on Defamer.com, "Honest to God truth, without Scientology, I would be dead. Personally, I recommend it." Alley is the latest star to appear in a video promoting Scientology - earlier this month (Jan08), Tom Cruise received a barrage of bad press after a pro-Scientology video featuring the actor was leaked on the Internet.
