WINEHOUSE’S FATHER HIRES SECURITY
The father of troubled singer AMY WINEHOUSE has hired security guards in a desperate bid to keep the star out of trouble.
The Back To Black hitmaker has been embroiled in controversy since a British tabloid published video footage showing her apparently smoking crack cocaine in a shocking drugs binge last Friday (18Jan08).
Mitch Winehouse has since spoken of his fears for his daughter and is now believed to have hired minders in a last ditch attempt to keep her drug-free.
Two burly security guards have been photographed outside the 24-year-old’s East London home.
The film, which was obtained by The Sun newspaper, has now been handed to police to determine whether the singer could face possible drugs charges over the incident.
