SAG GUESTS SET FOR CULINARY TREATS
Guests at the Screen Actors Guild on Sunday (27Jan08) will dine on an antipasto plate conceived by chef ALAN JACKSON.
Dishes include Tuna Nicoise with devilled eggs, black olives, haricots verts, pesto and tomatoes, Chicken Bisteeya with figs, mizuna and pomegranates and Poached Lamb Loin with basil mousse and lentil salad.
Vegetarian stars will dine on Grilled Vegetable Terrine with sherry and dry cured olive focaccia.
