GINGER SPICE WANTS A DATE WITH CLOONEY
THE SPICE GIRLS are urging GEORGE CLOONEY to ditch his girlfriend SARAH LARSEN and take single GERI HALLIWELL out on a date.
After discovering that Ginger Spice is the heart-throb star’s favourite out of the group, her attached bandmates are determined to match them up.
Mel B appealed to Clooney on Thursday (24Jan08) during an appearance on U.S.
TV show Good Morning America - pleading, "She is single, take her out." Victoria Beckham added, "He should invite her out for dinner. Definitely." Halliwell - who has been single since splitting with Sacha Gervaisi, the father of her daughter Bluebell - was more coy, confessing, "It’s very flattering knowing I’m George Clooney’s favourite Spice Girl." She may have a long wait as recent rumours suggested Clooney is smitten with former waitress Larsen, 29, and wants to move her into his Hollywood home.
