The former Miss Venezuela, 34, is expecting with her longtime partner businessman Neil Perez.
Last year (07) Spanic’s twin sister Daniela suffered a serious cerebral haemorrhage during her pregnancy, but is now recovering well with her daughter who was born in November (07).
And TV star insists her sibling’s near-death experience makes her appreciate her good news all the more.
She tells People.com, "I went through some very difficult situations last year, but the rewards and blessings have been marvelous. God exists; miracles happen,"
