The Pulp Fiction director has reportedly approached the pop singer, along with sex-tape star Kim Kardashian and sexy Eva Mendes, and asked them all to consider roles in the film.
Meyer’s 1966 film, about three killer strippers, became an instant classic and Tarantino is determined to give the movie a super-saucy revamp, according to Daily Variety columnist Liz Smith.

PINK’s father has been banned from travelling with the singer on official duties - because he causes too much trouble.
The pop punk enjoyed a colourful childhood with Vietnam veteran Jim Moore and he would frequently accompany his daughter to music industry events, until her label tired of his wild behaviour.
She reveals, "We got a letter from my record company telling us he couldn’t travel to events any more.
"My dad got kicked out of the American Music Awards - and at my first album release party, a security guard tried to keep my dad out of the VIP room. I found him with this huge bear of a man on his knees. So they had to stop him coming along."

DEMI MOORE has spoken out in support of BRITNEY SPEARS, insisting it’s no surprise the troubled singer often breaks down when she is trailed by photographers everywhere she goes.
Spears was committed to hospital for a psychological evaluation earlier this month (Jan08) after she locked herself and her one-year-old son Jayden James in a bathroom at her Beverly Hills, California mansion and refused to come out after a visitation term had ended.
The singer also famously lashes out at the paparazzi army that follows her every move, and was overheard telling snappers she was scared of them outside a Los Angeles courthouse after blowing off a crucial custody hearing on Monday (14Jan08).
And mother-of-three Moore, who briefly turned her back on Hollywood to raise her young daughters in rural Idaho, claims constant media exposure is damaging the 26-year-old star.
The Ghost star admits she has noticed how crazy the paparazzi have become since returning to Hollywood a few years ago.
She says, "When I first moved back to L.A., I had a very difficult time and found that I didn’t want to leave the house so much.
"And then I started to feel, well, I don’t want to be isolated and worried that if they’re getting a photograph then I’m not going to go and do something.
It’s difficult when they hang out at the bottom of your street waiting for you to drive by.
"No one has seen it worse than Britney Spears. How can anyone see that and think that’s an OK way to expect anybody to live, no matter where they’re at in their life?"

A top U.S. psychologist has declared BRITNEY SPEARS will be dead in six months if she doesn’t get the treatment she needs for chronic mood disorder cyclothymia.
Dr. Lillian Glass has gone public with her diagnosis in the hope Spears will read her warning comments and seek medical aid.
The renowned Beverly Hills doctor tells America’s Globe, "Unless Britney is locked away or put into a treatment program, she is going to die in six months - or even sooner.
"In my opinion, she suffers from cyclothymia, a chronic mood disorder in which short periods of mild depression are followed by short periods of hypomania.
"That explains why one minute she (Spears) can appear perfectly sane and the next she’s exhibiting totally crazy behaviour." Dr. Glass tells the publication, "She’s definitely a candidate for suicide if she isn’t treated immediately." The diagnosis goes some way to explain why Spears suffered an apparent meltdown at her home on 4 January (08), when she locked herself and her baby son in a bathroom at the end of a visitation term and refused to come out for three hours.
The pop star was committed to hospital for a psychological evaluation after the stand-off with police and paramedics.
Spears’ erratic behaviour continued this week (beg14Jan08) when she fled a Los Angeles courthouse after refusing to testify in a crucial custody hearing.
As a result, she lost visitation rights to her two young sons until the next hearing on 19 February (08).

Actor KIEFER SUTHERLAND will be released from jail in the early hours of Monday (21Jan08) morning.
The 24 star started serving a 48-day sentence for drink-driving at the private Glendale City Jail on 5 December (07). Sutherland was incarcerated after he was caught driving under the influence in September (07).
Reports suggest the 41-year-old has been on his best behaviour in jail, where he celebrated Christmas (07) and his December (07 birthday.
Prison spokesman John Balian recently said, "He’s not happy to be here, but you can tell from his demeanour that he’s sorry and takes responsibility for what he’s done."

Laid-back MATTHEW McCONAUGHEY has no hard feelings towards the photographer who sold nude snaps of the movie hunk - because he understands why he did what he did.
The actor attempted to reason with the snapper who staged the saucy session before McConaughey became a star after hearing of his plans to sell the shots in the late 1990s.
But the photographer knew he stood to make a lot of money from the pictures, and told McConaughey he couldn’t ignore such an opportunity.
The actor says, "I understood it. I went to the guy personally and said, ‘Man, I’m telling you, I’d rather you didn’t. Do you want us to do another photo shoot instead?’ "He said, ‘No, I got to do this. I can make some money.’ "I went, ‘OK, well.’ I shook his hand and said, ‘I’d rather you didn’t, but OK, go for it…’ And he put them out there."

Actress SCARLETT JOHANSSON will travel to the Persian Gulf to entertain members of the U.S. armed forces.
The Lost In Translation star plans to tour the region for five days, during which time she’ll visit military installations, greet fans, sign autographs and meet the troops.
Johansson’s visit is part of the United Service Organizations’ Army Welfare Recreation entertainment tour.
The 23-year-old says, "This USO tour to the Gulf region truly means a lot.
I’ve wanted to go over and visit for some time, and now my moment has arrived.
"It’s one thing to reply to a letter or extend your thanks to service members in a speech, but it’s another thing to visit them and spend time with those that do so much for us back home."

BURT REYNOLDS will present the Life Achievement Award to CHARLES DURNING at the 14th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on 27 January (08) in Los Angeles.
Beloved TV and film actor Durning will be honoured for his career achievement and humanitarian accomplishments.
Past recipients of SAG’s Life Achievement Award include Julie Andrews, James Garner, Clint Eastwood, Sidney Poitier, Kirk Douglas, Elizabeth Taylor and Robert Redford.
Reynolds was chosen to honour Durning because he is a longtime friend of the actor’s, and frequent collaborator.
The two starred together in TV comedy series Evening Shade, and movies Stick, Starting Over, Sharky’s Machine, The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas and Forget About It.
Reynolds also directed Durning in The Last Producer. Their seventh film together is the upcoming Deal.

ENTOURAGE star CONSTANCE ZIMMER has given birth to a baby girl in Pasadena, California.
The 37-year-old actress and her commercial director boyfriend Russ Lamoureux, who have been together for 18 months, welcomed Colette Zoe Lamoureux into the world on 5 January (08).

TV president DENNIS HAYSBERT is convinced his portrayal of DAVID PALMER in 24 has paved the way for African-American presidential candidate BARACK OBAMA to make a serious run for the White House in 2008.
The actor thinks his role in the hit television drama gave Americans a taste of what the country might be like if a black man was in charge - and they liked what they saw.
Haysbert says, "As far as the public is concerned, it did open up their minds and their hearts a little bit to the notion that if the right man came along…
a black man could be president of the United States.

Legendary filmmaker WOODY ALLEN has denied reports he is teaming up with SCARLETT JOHANSSON for a new New York-based movie.
Johansson, who has starred in recent Allen films Match Point and Scoop, was said to be making her directorial debut on New York, I Love You - a collection of 12 short films, each with a different director.
However, Allen insists he has never heard of the project.
He tells MTV.com, "(It’s) a complete and total fabrication. Made up like a poem by Coleridge. Completely untrue. It wasn’t even grounded in any conversations or anything."

Actor DANIEL BALDWIN is celebrating after his wife JOANNE SMITH-BALDWIN gave birth to a daughter on Thursday (17Jan08).
The Mulholland Falls star and his model-turned-chef spouse welcomed Avis Ann Baldwin into the world at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at 12.59am.
Avis weighed in at seven pounds and 10 ounces (3.46 kilograms).
The actor, a recovering drug addict, met Brit Smith-Baldwin when she cooked his meals during his stint in rehab last year (07).
In a press statement, he jokes, "Thank God, she looks like her mother." The baby is Baldwin’s fourth child and Smith-Baldwin’s first.

Acting legend SIR IAN McKELLEN has paid tribute to BRAD RENFRO, his co-star in 1998 film APT PUPIL, who died on Tuesday (15Jan07) aged just 25.
The young star was just 15 when he was cast alongside the British Oscar nominee in the movie, about a teenager who befriends a hiding Nazi war criminal.
After learning of Renfro’s death from a suspected drug overdose, McKellen wrote on his blog, "I first caught sight of Brad Renfro when he was kicking a football around with Bryan Singer on the half-built set of Apt Pupil in Hollywood.
"He was a kid having fun and that’s how I shall always remember him. But he was more than that. He was a proper actor and when we worked together he was determined to be accepted as such.
"On set, he was blusteringly confident although it was obvious he would have benefitted from training as an actor. Yet, as Todd, the disturbed teenager in Apt Pupil, he tapped into an inner demonic world and carried the film on his young shoulders.
"He longed to belong in the alien world which perhaps in the end overwhelmed him. He was only 25 and it is dreadful we shan’t see all that he might have achieved."
