KEYS BACK ON TOP IN U.S.

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 11:29 pm

ALICIA KEYS has returned to the top of the U.S. album charts despite a 40 per cent slip in sales.
Keys’ As I Am sold just 70,000 copies in America to jump up from two to one and topple Radiohead’s In Rainbows, which debuted at the top last week (09Jan08).
The Radiohead release falls to two, while the soundtrack to the hit film Juno jumped up five spots to three to become the Rhino record label’s highest charting album ever, according to Billboard.com.
Mary J. Blige’s Growing Pains drops to four on the new countdown and country singer Taylor Swift’s self-titled new album stays put at five.
The new Billboard chart’s highest new entry is Sia’s Some People Have Real Problems, which enters at 26 with just 20,000 sales.
