SIMMONS SUES WEB ‘FRAUDSTER’

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 8:31 pm

Hip-hop mogul RUSSELL SIMMONS is suing a Californian man for allegedly using a website to steal people’s identities.
Simmons claims that Daniel Adams’ website, rushmecredit.com, and his company Devoted Inc. falsely used his image to obtain information on consumers seeking to sign up for his Visa-backed RushCard, reports AllHipHop.com.
Simmons’ UniRush Financial Services of New York company launched the RushCard in 2004.
The card is a pre-paid Visa/debit card for people who cannot or do not have traditional checking accounts.
