FONDA YEARNS FOR LIFE ALONE
Veteran actress JANE FONDA refuses to live full-time with her boyfriend LYNDEN GILLIS - because she wants to retain her independence.
The Barbarella star - who vows never to wed again after three failed marriages - suffered a traumatic divorce from her third husband, CNN mogul Ted Turner, in 2001, and her misfortune in love has left her craving prolonged spells of alone time.
So Fonda has struck the perfect balance by dividing her time between living with Gillis and living on her own.
She tells Hello! magazine, "I have no desire to marry again. Nor do I have a desire to ever live again full-time with somebody. I live in Atlanta, my boyfriend lives in New York. We have an apartment together in New York.
"I would say I see him maybe half the time, half the month, either here or in New York, or we travel together."
