DiCAPRIO’S NEIGHBOURS GIVEN 15 DAYS TO CHANGE LAWSUIT

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 3:07 am

A judge has ordered the neighbours suing LEONARDO DiCAPRIO for allegedly damaging their property by building a basketball court to amend their lawsuit within 15 days or have their complaint dismissed.
In legal papers filed in May 2007, Ronald and Joan Linclau claimed the Titanic star’s recreation area has caused damage to their Los Angeles property since 2004.
The Linclaus allege DiCaprio "maliciously" cut and removed hedges; excavated "earth, granite and bedrock", destabilising their deck and swimming pool; and ignored their repeated requests to halt construction.
However, on Thursday (03Jan08) Judge Tricia Ann Bigelow ruled the couple’s lawsuit doesn’t prove DiCaprio did anything wrong and so gave a deadline for them to change its details.
