LATEST: BRITNEY SPEARS missed her court-ordered deposition in favour of spending the day with new love ADNAN GHALIB, it has been claimed.
The 25-year-old pop star was expected to give her child custody-related deposition at the Los Angeles offices of her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan on Wednesday (02Jan08).
But the singer instead checked into a hotel with photographer Ghalib in the early hours of Wednesday (02Jan08) before spending the afternoon driving aimlessly around Los Angeles - missing her fifth court hearing, reports PerezHilton.com.
Spears’ failure to comply with a string of court orders is likely to have serious repercussions in her fight to regain custody of her two sons, Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one.
