LATEST: BRITNEY SPEARS spurred bosses at her favourite Los Angeles hotel to legally ban her from stepping foot on the premises, after she caused traffic chaos by abandoning her car there.
The singer was recently barred from staying at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons after a series of wild parties disturbed a high-paying resident.
Now a legal "notice of trespass" has been drawn up to enlist police help to keep her away, after her latest stunt.
According to the National Enquirer, Spears left her car parked in the drive-in lane of the Four Seasons’ underground car park and refused to move it or hand over the keys until she was threatened by staff.
She then had to be turned away from using the hotel’s spa, prompting her to rant, "Do you know who I am. I f**king built this place. I’ve spent so much money here I could have bought the God-damn hotel."

ANGELINA JOLIE ended her rift with her estranged father JON VOIGHT on Christmas Day (25Dec07) by reaching out with a telephone call.
The pair hadn’t spoken since Voight told a U.S. television show in June 2002 that he hoped Jolie sought help for her "serious emotional problems".
Voight, 69, has since attempted to patch things up with his daughter, and last month (Dec07) said, "I’m very impressed with Angelina’s work, with some of the humanitarian things, and she’s a great actress.
"I am always thinking of Brad and the kids. I’m sending my love that way." A source tells the National Enquirer that Jolie called her father while spending Christmas in New Orleans with partner Brad Pitt and their four children. The friend reveals, "It was a short call, but it meant the world to both of them. HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX has been named the U.K.’s most successful movie of 2007, after taking more than $98.8 million (£49.4 million) at the box office.
The fifth installment of the hugely popular boy wizard franchise beat the latest sequel Pirates of the Caribbean sequel, At World’s End, to the top spot, with the Johnny Depp-starring movie coming in at number two with profits of $84.4 million (£42.2 million).
Another sequel, Shrek the Third, was named in third place, after taking in excess of $77.2 million (£38.6 million) last year (07), while The Simpsons Movie is in fourth position.
Two more trilogies - Spider-Man 3 and The Bourne Ultimatum - appear in the top 10 grossing movies of 2007, in fifth and seventh place respectively.

Actress ANNE HATHAWAY has reason to smile in 2008 - she’s been announced as the new face of Lancome.
The Devil Wears Prada beauty, 25, will front a new advertising campaign by the cosmetics giant for a new fragrance which will be launched later this year (08).

Actor CHRISTIAN BALE is reportedly in talks to star in the next installment of the TERMINATOR movie franchise.
The Batman Begins star is said to be interested in reprising the role of John Connor - a role originally played by Edward Furlong - in the forthcoming Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, according to various internet reports.
Bale’s involvement in the new movie comes shortly after it was revealed action star-turned-California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger would not be appearing in the fourth Terminator film.
But producer Moritz Borman refuses to confirm or deny rumours about Bale joining the movie’s cast.
He tells British film magazine Empire, "No comment. You can draw your own conclusions from that." However, Borman has dismissed claims Vin Diesel had been approached for a part in the film.
He adds, "I can tell you that Vin Diesel is not somebody we’re currently talking to." Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins is slated to hit cinemas in 2009.

Hip-hop mogul SHAWN ‘JAY-Z’ CARTER dismissed reports his new Las Vegas club was in trouble by celebrating its opening with a star-studded bash on Sunday (30Dec07).
The rapper’s new 40/40 club in Sin City was alleged to have failed a health and safety inspection last week (28Dec07) - just days before it was due to host a New Year’s spectacular.

Rockers DISGORGE have paid tribute to their late bassist BEN MARLIN, after he lost his battle with cancer.
The star died on Wednesday (02Jan08) following an 18-month struggle with the disease, according to Blabbermouth.net.
A statement from the band reads, "We are regretful to say that after nearly a year-and-a-half of battling cancer, our brother and bass player Ben Marlin has passed away just about the stroke of 5am this January 2nd, 2008.
"We are going to miss him so much and may he live on in all our hearts forever. Ben, thank you for all your years of friendship and brutality."

OMEN guitarist KENNY POWELL is appealing to fans to make cash donations to the band - after bass player JODY HENRY was seriously injured in an accident.
Henry suffered a fractured skull after a fall last week (ends28Dec07), but Powell claims he cannot receive adequate healthcare because he has no health insurance.
Powell has set up an online account so fans can donate money towards medical bills, according to Blabbermouth.net.
He says, "Original OMEN bass player Jody Henry was severely injured in a fall last week and is suffering from a fractured skull.
"While he is doing much better than anyone expected, he still faces a long and costly rehab. Unfortunately, he has no health insurance like the rest of us (musicians), and a fund has been set up on MySpace where interested parties can contribute to helping with his medical and personal bills.
"Jody and myself had already been discussing doing some future projects at the time of his accident. Hopefully he will have a complete recovery and there will be new music in the near future from the original OMEN songwriters."

R. KELLY’s promoter has been hit with a lawsuit by singer NE-YO, after he was mysteriously dropped from a prestigious support slot on the R&B superstar’s American tour in November (07).
The So Sick hitmaker - real name Shaffer Smith - claims he was kicked off the tour after just two shows because his opening set was getting a better response from the audience than concert headliner Kelly’s headline act.
At the time of the incident, Kelly’s representatives claimed Ne-Yo had never signed a contract.
But in legal papers filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday (31Dec07), Smith alleges he had an "oral agreement" in place with Kelly’s promoter, Rowe Entertainment, which is named as the defendant.
Smith also says he lost out on $785,000 (£392,500) in earnings from the gigs, which was meant to be for a minimum of 25 dates, and is suing for breach of contract, violation of the right of publicity and unfair practices, according to TheSmokingGun.com.
This isn’t the first time Kelly has faced legal trouble after a tour - his Best of Both Worlds roadshow with rapper Jay-Z also ended in litigation in 2004.
Smith’s lawsuit is the latest in a string of legal woes faced by Kelly - he is due to stand trial for child pornography charges in May (08).

LINDSAY LOHAN gave the poorest acting performances in 2007, according to a poll of nearly four million British movie-goers.
The actress - who was honoured for her contribution to the film industry at the Capri Film Festival in Italy on Sunday (30Dec07) - was criticised for her performance in thriller I Know Who Killed Me.
Eddie Murphy also featured in the AOL Moviefone poll for his role in Norbit, while the film was considered to be the biggest waste of the price of a ticket.
Matt Damon was recognised for his good acting in The Bourne Ultimatum and Ocean’s Thirteen, and Shia LeBeouf was named best newcomer. He also won best screen duo along with Megan Fox for Transformers.
The survey, which attracted more than 3.8 million votes, offered users a choice of five nominees in each category.

VELVET REVOLVER guitarist SLASH once refused to allow MICHAEL JACKSON near his two-year-old son - because he didn’t quite trust the star.
The former Guns N’ Roses star admits he was weary of Jackson meeting his son while on a trip to London - although he believed the Thriller hitmaker had the right to a fair trial after being accused of child abuse charges in 2003.

TOM CRUISE and KATIE HOLMES’ daughter SURI has the potential to become a movie star, according to moviemaker ASH R. SHAH.
Shah hopes to use the voice of the 18-month-old in an animated movie version of Knut, the world famous polar bear, after offering a German zoo $5 million (£2.5 million) for the rights to the animal’s story.
Shah says, "With his (Knut’s) friendly character, he’s serves as an ambassador for the Earth’s problems - climate change and the melting polar ice caps. A movie about Knut would affect people all over the world.

Danish actress RIE RASMUSSEN is stepping behind the camera to direct her first movie.
The actress - remembered by a generation of men for her role as Rebecca Romijn’s lesbian lover in 2002 movie Femme Fatale - is making a movie about her adopted Vietnamese sister’s struggle to be accepted in Denmark.
But Rasmussen insists she won’t use her looks to get ahead: "I could never play a woman in a bikini with an Uzi (gun) strapped to my back.

Newly married comedian JIMMY FALLON was saved from a life of celibacy by a childhood crush on actress ELIZABETH PERKINS.

British comedian KEN DODD is recovering in hospital after undergoing hernia surgery.
The 80-year-old, who has enjoyed a lengthy career in TV and stand-up comedy, was admitted to the Royal Liverpool Hospital in north-west England on Monday morning (31Dec07), just hours after performing to a sell-out audience at Liverpool’s Philharmonic Hall.
And although the funnyman has been forced to reschedule two shows as a result of his hospital visit, he has vowed to return to the road in February (08).
His agent, Robert Holmes, says, "I’ve just spoken to Ken and he’s fine. He’s had to postpone a couple of concerts but he’ll be back on stage next month."

Actress DARYL HANNAH is furious with film directors who add nude scenes to movies without proper justification.
The Splash star, 47, insists she has been the victim of many moviemakers who deviate from scripts and add extra nudity for no reason, and is urging other actresses not to strip off to boost their careers.
She says, "There have been many times when I have suddenly been confronted with a nude scene.
"I would say, ‘This isn’t in the script.’ And they would say, ‘Oh we’ve added it. We felt it was integral to the character’s development.’ "There are some real sleazeballs around. I soon became wise enough to realise there are very few films in which nudity is important."
