DE MORNAY CHARGED
LATEST: REBECCA DE MORNAY has been charged with two counts of misdemeanour driving under the influence following her arrest in October (07).
The actress was pulled over by traffic police in Los Angeles for an unknown traffic violation.
A police report states the arresting officer "immediately detected an odour of alcoholic beverages." De Mornay, 48, then failed a series of field sobriety tests, according to TMZ.com.
Police say her blood alcohol level was .09, just over the legal limit. She was cited and released from the Beverly Hills police station.
The Risky Business star will be arraigned 31 December (07).
