Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 9:31 am

Country music stalwart STONEWALL JACKSON has been given a boost in his age discrimination lawsuit against music mecca the Grand Ole Opry - a federal judge has granted the action.
The 75-year-old singer filed a lawsuit against the Opry’s management in January (07), claiming older performers were being kept away from the venue’s stage during weekly shows.
He sued for age discrimination, breach of contract and retaliation, seeking $20 million (£10 million) in damages.
Jackson was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 1956.
