SPEARS TO GIVE DEPOSITION IN JANUARY
BRITNEY SPEARS has been ordered by a judge to attend a new deposition meeting in the new year (08).
The troubled pop star skipped a previous child custody-related meeting at her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyer’s Los Angeles office earlier this month (11Dec07), blaming her no-show on an anxiety attack.
But according to new legal papers obtained by TMZ.com, Spears has now been told by L.A. Commissioner Scott Gordon to sit for her deposition in the first week of January (08) - or face the consequences.
The singer is currently locked in a battle with Federline over the custody of their two kids, Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, one.
