A luxury jeweller is suing German supermodel HEIDI KLUM for allegedly copying a vintage clover jewellery design.
Van Cleef And Arpels is seeking more than $25,000 (£12,500) from the beauty’s company Heidi Klum GmbH and Mouawad USA, another firm Klum has designed jewellery for.
The lawsuit, filed in New York on Friday (21Dec07), claims both companies benefitted from the creation and sale of a design similar to Van Cleef And Arpel’s Alhambra jewellery line.
