McAVOY: ‘I’M NOT HUNKY - I’M SHORT AND PASTY’
Scottish actor JAMES McAVOY is baffled by his newfound status as a Hollywood heartthrob - he sees himself as ’short and pasty’.
The 28-year-old has been propelled into the Tinseltown limelight thanks to his roles in The Last King of Scotland and Atonement - and he was recently named People magazine’s fifth sexiest man alive.
But married McAvoy isn’t impressed. He says, "I’m just 5 foot 7 inches and I have pasty white skin. I don’t think I’m ugly, but I’m not a classic-looking leading man. I don’t know what the fuss is about."
